I'm joining as a couple or family — do we all need to register?
If neither have been a member before you both register and then one of you can apply to "pair" in the portal (usually the person who will be paying). Once admin accepts, you'll be able to grab your couples discount and join right away.
How long does approval take?
Standard memberships are active instantly. Students, couples, and family plans are reviewed within 24 hours. You'll receive an email confirmation.
I've been a member before — do I sign up again?
No — select "Returning Member" and we'll match you to your existing record so your visit history is preserved.
Do I need to print anything?
Nothing. Your QR code is on your phone via the Member Portal app.
