Before you ask
I'm joining as a couple or family — do we all need to register?
If neither of you have been a member before, both register and then one of you can apply to "pair" in the portal (usually the person who will be paying). Once admin accepts, you can grab your couples discount and join right away.
How long does approval take?
Standard memberships are active instantly. Students, couples and family plans are reviewed within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation.
I've been a member before — do I sign up again?
No — select "Returning Member" and we will match you to your existing record so your visit history is preserved.
Do I need to print anything?
Nothing. Your QR code is on your phone via the Member Portal.
